About the Founder - John Keddis
John Keddis is the driving force behind SkyNova, bringing a wealth of aviation expertise and an innovative spirit to the forefront of drone technology. Starting with flying gliders as a hobby in 2005 and accumulating over 3,000 hours as a professional commercial pilot by 2014, John's depth of experience is unparalleled. His career has included pivotal roles such as a Certified Flight Instructor, Citation Jet Pilot, and Helicopter Pilot. John’s academic achievements are equally impressive. He worked as a research assistant for the Dean at the University of Miami, holds a Master’s in Atmospheric Science from the University of Miami, and a Master’s in Telecommunications from Alexandria University.
John's professional journey showcases his versatility and leadership across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including avionics engineering and telecommunications engineering with Orange France Telecom, as well as impactful research contributions at the University of Miami. His expertise spans critical areas such as Crew Resource Management, Flight Safety, and Crisis Management. Demonstrating exceptional skills in negotiation, team leadership, and customer service, John’s career is a testament to his comprehensive understanding of both the technical and interpersonal facets of the aviation and technology industries.
